One of the core foundations of using our serviced accommodation platform is learning how to find your research locations. We have split the UK into 54 larger regions and 552 smaller locations based on the listing density in each location.

Having these fixed locations can help provide more accurate and stable results when researching and comparing markets. However, it can sometimes be difficult to find the name of the location that matches the property/area you are looking for.

Different Ways To Search

  1. Search by exact name

  2. Use drop-down filters

  3. Visually select via map

The video guide below takes you through each method and how/when it's best to utilise them.
